"I worked with Claudia for almost 8 years at TELUS International. In that time, I learned how to not only improve my facilitation technique but also how to lead a team to great success. Her understanding of training philosophy, and how to adapt adult learning principles to a learning environment is masterful and should be seen by all. 

When Claudia was my direct manager, I felt empowered and supported in all of my endeavors. I'm a better leader and facilitator because Claudia gave me a chance and guided me to greatness.

“I have been in the Learning Services field for around 6 years, give or take, and honestly Claudia is the reason I wanted to get into it in the first place. 

She’s absolutely magnetic at the head of a classroom. She’s confident, subtle, and firm with taking direction, extremely uplifting and empowering, the perfect balance of hilarious and witty while staying on task and making sure you feel supported and confident in your own abilities. 

She was easily the best trainer AND the best manager I’ve ever had. 

When I became a Learning Services Specialist, she trained me in that too, and she was understanding of my wobbling at the start while still making sure to constantly challenge me to grow and do better and sometimes she’d even convince me it was my idea. She’s a master at making people want to be the best version of themselves and genuinely believing they can achieve it. Claudia is the reason I never take myself too seriously as a leader, but I do take the people I’m training and their success/growth seriously. It turns out that people respond incredibly well to that. 

I would hire Claudia to train anything and manage anyone. I don’t think there’s anything she can’t do with a certain magic that is hard to find. She’s brilliant. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone who is looking to elevate their team.”

"Claudia and I worked together at TELUS International for 10 years. Although she was in the Learning department and I in Talent Acquisition, our paths often converged due to the nature of our roles within the company. 

As a trusted partner to my department, there were very few like Claudia. She had excellent communication with the Talent Acquisition team which led us to collaboratively identify performance trends within our new hire classes and discuss possible solutions to address any negative trends by implementing enhancements within the screening process and/or training programs.
